The author has more of a UK/European-centric view of things, meaning she focuses more on hand-stripping certain breeds than clipping them, as is more the custom in the US. That’s not a bad thing, as there isn’t enough info in US books about hand-stripping and her pattern illustrations are nice and can be adapted to clipping. The breed and step-by-step photos are beautiful. This actually would be a good book to keep in a grooming salon lobby for customers to see.

Has many breeds not covered in other books, still left some out but good variety. Nice color pictures of the breeds, I am currently working in a salon where the girls don’t know many of the breeds by sight, this book has really helped them.
