What makes the Puppia dog harness so special?
Dogs Harness

The Puppia dog harness is one of the top sellers in the industry. It is made out of a soft mesh material that allows air to pass through.

It is said to be one of the most comfortable dog harnesses on the market, and comes at a pretty good price.

The Puppia dog harness has a resizable chest belt, to make sure it fits your dog just right. If you’ve ever had a harness that was too small, you know how uncomfortable it can make your furry little friend!

Like most of the better dog harnesses, it is easy to get on and off with a quick snap.

Another thing many owners like is how comfortable it is for the dog during walks. Many dogs pull too hard on the leash, which can choke them if they’re wearing a simple collar. Some breeds are notorious for this, such as terriers.

The Puppia dog harness lets them breathe easily, as it puts pressure on the dog’s chest (where it should be), instead of on their neck.

Picky about color? Don’t worry about it. Puppia dog harnesses have a wide variety of colors- more than almost any other brand.

Just do us all a favor- please don’t get pick or purple if you have a male dog!

You’ll notice a few people like the fact that the Puppia dog harness is hard for the dog to shrug off. If you have a breed that tends to shrug off or back out of their harness, then this might be a good choice for you!

Ok, so I’m a little biased. The Puppia dog harness is amazing- its inexpensive, high quality, and comfortable for my dog Max. He loves that it doesn’t choke him when we walk, and I love not hearing him heave and cough!

Good luck, and I hope you enjoy your Puppia dog harness!

When you think of dog grooming scissors and all the good that they do for your canine friends, you will be amazed. Not only do they just keep their hair in check, but they also protect your dog against the burning summers, and also keep them protected against ticks and other insects.

When you look for dog grooming scissors, it is important to get a good pair which can be sanitized and used very easily. Also ensure that you keep them clean and well protected. A good style is important for your dog, but more important is to keep your dog healthy and clean.

Dog grooming scissors can help your dog greatly. They are easy ways to help get rid of the excess growth easily. Although your dogs may look very cute with think shocks of hair, it may not always be very healthy. Having too much sweat getting into the dog during the summer can cause skin diseases. This is why it is very important to have the dog trimmed at all times through the warmer months. Although you may have to compromise marginally on its looks, it is a healthier way for your dog to live.

Dog grooming scissors can enable you to have your dog groomed at home. There is no need for unnecessary anxiety attacks or worrying trips to the vet or salon. In the convenience of your home, you can groom your dog and get his hair into manageable lengths quickly and simply.

The summer is not the only month where your dog needs help. During the monsoons, the dog’s hair can be especially damp and can get mouldy. Although it may be raining, your dog will still need his walks, and the rains could keep him wet for a long time. This can cause mould and other fungal infections to set in. This is why dog grooming scissors can help you keep your dog’s hair well in check.

It is not just to keep your dog’s hair short that you need dog grooming scissors. It is also important to be able to get the hair out of their eyes and ears, and also removed from their mouth. Dog grooming scissors can help you get rid of hair in sensitive areas easily without hurting or bothering your dog.

Save your dog the anxiety of trips to the salon. Help him stay neat, groomed and presentable in the convenience of your own home. With gentle snips and the comfort of dog grooming scissors, you will find that your dog looks and stays clean and happy.

The best dogs for apartment living – Part 1

522611830 c790e83614 m The best dogs for apartment living Part 1

I think the feisty, independent, very sweet Yorkshire terrier makes a great apartment dog.

This small, very loyal dog does not shed. In a small apartment, or in any home, for that matter, this is a very important consideration. The hair of a Yorkshire terrier is more like human hair than dog hair. They do need to be groomed frequently, especially if you allow the hair to grow long. If the coat is cut shorter in a ‘puppy cut’ or a Schnauzer cut (which is a popular cut for a yorkie) grooming is much easier.

Yorkies are so small, it is easy to bathe them often in a sink. especially if the have a short cut. Their little faces can be washed daily with a washcloth or a type of wet wipe made especially for pet grooming.

The Yorkshire terrier is a sturdy little dog and has the fewest health problems of any small (toy) breed. They do well in cold weather with just a little fleece coat. Yorkies love to go for walks and a short walk for us is a long walk for the short-legged Yorkie. They love to play, chase balls or squeaky toys and most like to have a favorite little stuffed animal to play and sleep with.

Yorkshire Terriers can be rather yappy, but can be trained not to bark at every little noise. They are protective little dogs and they bark because they are ‘protecting’ their home. They can easily be taught to bark quietly, or growl quietly, and this usually satisfies their need to alert their master of danger.

Seriously consider the highly intelligent, loyal Yorkshire terrier for a wonderful, faithful companion.

The most dangerous dog breeds

5018745466 e48cd910f9 m The most dangerous dog breeds

The most dangerous dog is not always a dog of a specific breed, some owner accountability determines if a dog is going to be a risky dog or not. Certain breeds definitely have an ability to cause more damage when pushed, or invited, into an aggressive situation. Certain breeds are also more known for being easier to incite into an aggressive act. However to eliminate owner responsibility as a contributing factor in creating aggression is wrong; as such, I feel the following are the most dangerous dogs.

1. Unsocialized Dogs.

An unsocialized dog is one that has been sheltered and not exposed to a variety of situations. Small dogs often fit into this category, as do many guard dogs. Small dogs are often carried around by their owners who do not realize it is important to allow a dog to be a dog, and to see things from a dogs point of view. These dogs then panic when faced with unfamiliar situations. These small dogs become a danger to the dog groomer, the vet, or anyone who tries to catch them if they happen to get loose. They are terrified of the world outside their owners arms. Guard dogs are often intentionally kept unsocialized as a way to make them more aggressive to strangers.

2. Chained Dogs.

Many cities are now recognizing that keeping a dog on a chain, rather than in a fenced yard or kennel, actually makes the dog more aggressive. These cities are making laws against keeping dogs on chains. Such dogs feel easily threatened and make a big show to keep intruders away. These dogs can easily become problems.

3. Alpha Dogs.

A dog that has not learned that people are the boss is going to be a huge problem. These dogs often being as pups jumping up on their owners, and their owners doing nothing to stop it. They are the dogs who pull during walks and growl when an owner tries to take away their food or toys. An alpha dog thinks it is the boss and if it feels challenged it will become aggressive.

4. Untrained Dogs.

Similar to the alpha dog, a dog with no training is a bomb waiting to go off. Generally because if you need to get the dog to do something, but it has never been told to do anything before, it becomes confused and will panic, this instigates their “flight or fight” response. If the dog gets off leash, or escapes the yard, it cannot be controlled and also becomes a problem.

5. Unwatched Dogs.

Most attacks on children come from people who leave the dog and the child together alone. Children can unknowingly send signals to the dog, which may result in an aggression response from the dog. Ultimately the dog will be held accountable for any action taken. Many parents are too trusting, not only of their dog, but of their child too.

6. Abused Dogs.

Some dogs go though abuse and do not become aggressive, others are time bombs and require special handling to get them to accept human interaction. This is more apparent in certain breeds, often the more intelligent breeds, who remember everything.

7. Intact Dogs.

Particularly intact male dogs. Although most of their aggression will center towards other dogs, there is occasionally a danger to people that should not be under estimated, especially when in combination with one or more of the factors listed above.
