Answer by The Dog Shouter (Whisperer?) Well Jorge, I’m afraid I don’t approve of what you are suggesting. IS there a reason why you can’t just walk your dog?
The reason I’m opposed to your idea is that I spend a lot of time at the vets office (due to my dogs, dogs from the Humane Society where I volunteer, friends dogs, etc.) and I have seen dogs in the vet’s office with broken legs. The legs were broken when they were caught in a bicycle spoke.
