I do not review many products – but I’m convinced this stuff works and I hope you and your pet can benefit from my experience. My golden retriever is 8 yrs old. when he was about 6 yrs his coat looked terrible, hair loss to the point where he was nearly bald in some spots and he smelled even just a few days after getting a bath. I was finding clumps of hair all over carpet. His tail had no feathering. After about three months Shed X transformed his coat into a luxurious long, thick and glossy coat. He doesn’t smell. Follow directions and you will start to see improvement in about 1-2 weeks. When I run out of this product, if I don’t get him back on it you start to see his coat turn dull in about one month. I feed him Purina One but evidently that is not enough by itself.

As much as I had hoped this product would work for my chocolate lab/beagle mix, it has not reduced the shedding. He also developed a bad smell from it after awhile, which decreased and ceased after I discontinued use. I used it for a number of months to give it a fair shake, but it just did not happen. I would have paid twice as much had it done the job. I do have a bottle left and may try it again later this year just because I really want/wish it would work.
